1 egg white
1 egg shell of water
200g of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of Tonka Bean flavor
180g of almond powder
1- Start by preheating your oven to 180°C and prepare your baking sheet by placing a sheet of parchment paper.
2- Add the powdered sugar, almond powder, egg white, water and Tonka bean flavouring. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
3- Fill your piping bag with the preparation.
4- On the baking sheet, make small domes well spaced from each other.
5- Put in the oven for 15 minutes (wait until the amaretti are golden brown).
6- At the end of the cooking time, let them cool down on the baking sheet before taking them out.
7- You can eat them right away or wait for your coffee!
