- 1 bag of lactic ferment
- 1L of UHT milk at room temperature
- 5 tbsp. whole milk powder
- 6 drops of cherry flavor
- 1 tbsp. Amaretto flavor
Preparation:
- Whisk together the milk and the packet of lactic ferment in a large bowl.
- Add the drops of natural flavoring.
- Divide the mixture into 7 to 8 glass yogurt jars previously sterilized.
- Then incubate them in a yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours.
