Amaretto and Cherry flavored yogurt

  • 1 bag of lactic ferment
  • 1L of UHT milk at room temperature
  • 5 tbsp. whole milk powder
  • 6 drops of cherry flavor
  • 1 tbsp. Amaretto flavor

Preparation:

  1. Whisk together the milk and the packet of lactic ferment in a large bowl.
  2. Add the drops of natural flavoring.
  3. Divide the mixture into 7 to 8 glass yogurt jars previously sterilized.
  4. Then incubate them in a yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours.
