Apricot tart with Bergamot flavor

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 dozen apricots
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. bergamot flavoring

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan lined with parchment paper.

3. Prick the bottom with a fork.

4. Beat the eggs, sugar and natural bergamot flavor in a bowl.

5. Add the liquid cream and mix well.

6. Pour into the pan.

7. Clean, halve and pit the apricots.

8. Place them in the pan cut side up.

9. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.

10. Let cool when removed from the oven before eating!
