I discoverBanana Bread with Cocoa Flavor

- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 160 g sugar
- 85 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 good pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 5 drops of cocoa flavouring
- 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 165°.
2. Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt
3. Add the mashed bananas, butter, milk and 5 drops of cocoa flavouring.
4. Beat by hand or with a mixer until you get a homogeneous paste
5. Add eggs, remaining flour and mix well
6. Grease the bottom of a cake tin and pour in the batter
7. Bake at 165° for 55 to 60 minutes
