Basil-flavored pot pie

  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 flaky pastries
  • 400 g grated Gruyere cheese
  • 400 g leftover fish/vegetable or meat
  • 5 drops of basil flavouring

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 240°.

2. Chop your leftovers and mix them with the Gruyere cheese

3. Separate the white of one egg yolk. Mix 2 whole eggs with this white. Add the milk and 5 drops of basil flavouring.

4. Add salt and pepper.

5. In a pie dish, spread your puff pastry and put your preparation.

6. Pour the liquid mixture on top.

7. Cover with the second puff pastry and weld the corners of the two pastries.

8. Brush the top puff pastry with the egg yolk set aside earlier.

9. Punch a small hole in the center.

10. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
