- 180g of flour
- 90g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 ml ice water
- 5 drops of Liposoluble basil flavouring
Preparation:
- One hour before starting the dough, take out the butter, cut it into cubes and let it soften at room temperature.
- When the butter is soft, put it in the bowl of a food processor, add the flour, salt and drops of basil flavouring and mix.
- The dough becomes sandy and crumbly.
- Then add the ice water and continue mixing. The dough must amalgamate.
- Once amalgamated, wrap it and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Then, to use, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and roll out the dough.
- To cook, count 25 minutes at 210°C.
