I discoverBordeaux cannelés with organic vanilla flavouring

- 50 cl of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of soft butter
- 1 tbsp. rum
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. organic vanilla flavoring
Preparation:
1. Boil the milk with the tablespoon of organic vanilla flavoring.
2. Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl
3. Stir in all the eggs and add the boiling milk.
4. Mix gently to obtain a fluid dough then let it cool.
5. Add the rum and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
6. Preheat oven to 240°C 7. Pour the cooled batter into the buttered pans, filling them only half full.
8. Bake for about 12 minutes then lower the temperature to 180°C and continue baking for 1 hour.
9. Turn out and enjoy!
