Bredeles with organic cocoa flavor

1- Whip the softened butter with the powdered sugar

2- Add the egg, the flour and the Organic Cocoa flavouring, whisk until you get a homogeneous dough.

3- Put the dough in a cling film and let it rest in a cool place for 1h30

4- Roll out your dough and then use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Place them on a buttered baking sheet.

5- Bake for 15 minutes at 160 °C

6- Once out of the oven, let the shortbread cool down
