- Olive oil
- Leftover vegetables
- 4 slices of stale bread
- 4 slices of cold cuts
- 2 tomatoes that have a soft spot
- 5 drops of fig flavouring per bruschetta
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Drizzle olive oil over each slice of bread and fry on both sides.
3. Add all the ingredients you have on your bread slices
4. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
5. Finally, add 5 drops of fig flavouring on each slice of bread just before eating.
