Caramel flavoured custard

  • 50g milk 200g flour
  • 150g of powdered sugar
  • 100g of melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 8g of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of organic cocoa flavouring

1. Preheat oven to 240°C t8 then melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.

2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar.

3. Then add 2cc of organic cocoa flavouring, 40g of milk and the baking powder.

4. Add the melted butter and the rest of the milk to the preparation and let it rest for 15 minutes.

5. Butter the madeleine moulds and pour the preparation into them.

6. Put in the oven at 240°C, and lower after 5 minutes at 200°C; leave for another 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the cooking time and remove the madeleines from the moulds!

7. Good tasting !
