I discoverCarpaccio of shrimps with pineapple flavor

- Dill
- 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cm of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp of Nuoc Màm sauce
- 400g raw shrimps
- Sweet and sour chilli sauce
- 6 drops of pineapple flavor
Preparation:
- Peel the shrimp, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the abdomen.
- Prepare a vinaigrette based on oil, Nuöc Màm, grated ginger and lemon juice and pineapple flavoring.
- Flatten ½ shrimp gently before lining them up on a soup plate and cover with a little of the dressing, let marinate 20 min.
- Sprinkle with dill or chervil and accompany with a small ramekin of Sweet and Sour sauce or eat them plain.
