Cereal bar with Sweet Almond flavor

  • 25g of quinoa
  • 75g agave syrup
  • 30g of coconut butter
  • 75g of oat flakes
  • 60g dried fruit (figs, raisins...)
  • 50g of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts...)
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon of natural flavor Sweet Almond

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter and agave syrup.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, quinoa, dried fruits and nuts, previously chopped.
  3. Add the liquid mixture and mix well with a spatula.
  4. Add the natural flavor Sweet Almond and mix again (or other flavors like Coconut, Hazelnut, Cocoa ...).
  5. Put the preparation in molds or cookie cutters to form the cereal bars, pack well.
  6. Put the bars in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
  7. When they are cooked, place them in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden the cereal bars.
