- 25g of quinoa
- 75g agave syrup
- 30g of coconut butter
- 75g of oat flakes
- 60g dried fruit (figs, raisins...)
- 50g of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts...)
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of natural flavor Sweet Almond
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, melt butter and agave syrup.
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, quinoa, dried fruits and nuts, previously chopped.
- Add the liquid mixture and mix well with a spatula.
- Add the natural flavor Sweet Almond and mix again (or other flavors like Coconut, Hazelnut, Cocoa ...).
- Put the preparation in molds or cookie cutters to form the cereal bars, pack well.
- Put the bars in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
- When they are cooked, place them in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to harden the cereal bars.
