- 4 mangoes
- A squeeze of lime
- 200 gr of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of agave
- 3 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. coffee of organic blueberry flavouring
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix well the coconut milk, chia seeds, organic Blueberry flavoring and agave syrup.
- Pour the mixture into jars and let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight).
- Meanwhile, peel the mangoes, blend the pulp and mix with lime juice to obtain a puree.
- Pour this puree over the coconut-chia-mango mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
