Chocolate cake with organic Lavender aroma

200g of chocolate
50g of flour
100g of powdered sugar
100g of butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of Lavender flavouring

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C t6. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter cut into pieces over very low heat.

2. In a bowl, add 2cc of lavender aroma, sugar, eggs and flour. Mix.

3. Add the chocolate/butter mixture.

4. Butter and flour your pan and pour in the cake batter.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes.

6. When you take the cake out of the oven, it doesn't seem to be cooked enough. It is normal, let it cool and then remove it from the pan.
