I discoverChocolate mousse with Raspberry and Passion Fruit flavors

- 3 eggs
- 100g of chocolate
- 5 drops of Raspberry flavouring
- 10 drops of passion fruit flavor
Preparation:
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Mix the yolks and sugar in a bowl until the mixture turns white. Add the flavors and then the chocolate little by little.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Gently add the whites to the mixture with a spatula.
- Pour into verrines. Chill for at least 2 hours. Grate some chocolate before tasting.
