Cinnamon flavoured apple and whipped cream verrines

  • 6 apples
  • fresh mint
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 packet of meringue
  • 1,5 tsp of natural cinnamon flavor

Preparation:

1. Cut apples into small cubes

2. Fry them in butter for 30 minutes, add the cinnamon flavouring to the butter.

3. Let your apples cool for about 30 minutes

4. Place your meringue pieces, melted apples, and a small glass of wine in a glass jar.

5. Cover with Chantilly, a meringue and a mint leaf.
