Cloud eggs toast with natural basil flavor

2 eggs

salt and pepper

2 slices of farmhouse bread

10 drops of natural basil flavor

A knob of butter

1. Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the whites with an electric whisk.

2. on a non-stick baking sheet, place the egg whites in two piles.

3. Using a spoon, make a small hole in the egg whites so that you can place the yolk in the hole later.

4. Bake the egg whites for 8 to 10 minutes at 230°. 5.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the yolks in the small cavities. Continue baking for 3 minutes.

4. Place the cloud eggs on toasted bread slices and decorate with basil. Serve immediately.
