Crème brulée with Vanilla and Caramel Beurre Salé flavors

  • 45cl of milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 20cl of liquid cream
  • 150g white powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavouring
  • 9 drops of salted butter caramel flavoring

Preparation:

  1. Melt sugar with a splash of water in a saucepan, without stirring, until colored.
  2. Add milk, cream and flavourings, stirring well.
  3. Heat the preparation over low heat.
  4. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and gradually add the milk, mixing well.
  5. Pour the cream into ramekins.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then let cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar before serving to caramelize with a blowtorch.
