- 45cl of milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 20cl of liquid cream
- 150g white powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavouring
- 9 drops of salted butter caramel flavoring
Preparation:
- Melt sugar with a splash of water in a saucepan, without stirring, until colored.
- Add milk, cream and flavourings, stirring well.
- Heat the preparation over low heat.
- Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and gradually add the milk, mixing well.
- Pour the cream into ramekins.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, then let cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar before serving to caramelize with a blowtorch.
