Easter bunny with chocolate and organic strawberry flavor

  • A pastry brush
  • A little cocoa butter
  • 1 Easter Bunny mold
  • 1 tbsp. natural strawberry flavor
  • 1 bar of dark or milk chocolate pastry

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little water.

2. Once this is done, add a tablespoon of natural strawberry flavor.

3. Allow to cool to a temperature of 33°.

3. Take your bunny mold and paint the eyes, mouth, whiskers and all the little details with cocoa butter (not a mandatory step)

4. Once your chocolate is at 33° you can paint the bunny mold with your brush on both sides.

5. With aggravators hang your two molds together.

6. Place in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes then you can unmold.
