Easter chocolate with orange blossom flavor

  • 1 mould with impressions
  • 100 g dark, white or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom flavoring

Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little water.

2. Once this is done, add a tablespoon of natural orange blossom flavor.

3. Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet with a spatula.

4. Let cool for 1 hour. 4. Add a second layer of chocolate.

5. Let cool again and decorate if you wish with small multicolored vermicelli

6. Put everything in the refrigerator for more than an hour or overnight if you wish.

7. The next day, remove the excess chocolate from around the subjects of the plate with a spatula so you can unmold your chocolates more easily, tap the sides of the plate to get them out.
