Endive Crumble with natural apple flavor

  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 endives, thinly sliced
  • 175 g soft butter
  • 100 g walnut kernels
  • 1 tbsp. apple flavouring

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180°.

2. In a dish, pour the flour, butter and crushed nuts. Knead everything together to create a nice dough.

3. In a frying pan, brown the endives with a little butter and the natural apple flavouring.

4. Pour the preparation into a dish and cover with the crumble mixture.

5. Bake for about 20 minutes and then you can enjoy!
