- 2 tsp of salt
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp of ground cumin
- 400g dried chickpeas
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 small bunch of finely chopped parsley
- 6 drops of lime flavouring
- 1 drop of sweet almond flavor
Preparation:
- The day before, soak the chickpeas in plenty of water.
- The next day, rinse, drain, and mix in the bowl of a blender with the onion, garlic, flour, salt, drops of lime and sweet almond flavors, and spices.
- Blend, stirring regularly, until you have a semolina-like consistency.
- Stir in parsley, cover and let stand 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to th. 6 /180° and oil a baking sheet with edges.
- Form slightly flattened balls the size of walnuts and place them on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the falafels are golden brown.
