I discoverFig tartlets with honey and sweet almond flavors
125g of flour. 4cc of honey flavouring
125g of soft butter. zest of half a lemon
1 egg yolk
35g of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
50g of soft butter
50g of cocoa powder
6 figs
2cc of sweet almond flavor
50g of sugar

1. For the dough: In a bowl, pour the flour, sugar and salt. Add 75g of soft butter and 2cc of sweet almond flavouring then dig a small well to add the egg yolk. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous paste.
2. Film the dough and let it rest for about 1 hour in the fridge.
3. For the cocoa cream: Soften 50g of butter then mix it in a bowl with the cocoa powder, sugar, egg, 4cc of honey flavouring and the zest of half a lemon.
4. Roll out the dough and use cookie cutters to create your pie shells and place them in the pie tins. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and brush with egg white.
7. When the pie shells are pre-baked, place the equivalent of 1cs of cream in them. Cut out your figs and place them on the cream.
8. Bake for 25min
