I discoverGaspacho with Garlic Flavor

- 2 onions
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt, pepper and chilli
- 2 spring onions
- 3 slices of bread
- 8 drops of garlic flavouring
Preparation:
- Chop tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onion.
- Keep some of the cucumber and peppers.
- Add the natural garlic flavouring and blend in the mixer.
- Add the bread, blend again and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, sherry vinegar and chili pepper to taste.
- Let stand in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
- Dice the remaining peppers and cucumbers as well as the spring onions.
- Crush the hard-boiled eggs with a fork.
- Arrange the garnishes in soup plates and pour the gazpacho on top.
- Serve cold.
