Gaspacho with Garlic Flavor

  • 2 onions
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt, pepper and chilli
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 8 drops of garlic flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Chop tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onion.
  2. Keep some of the cucumber and peppers.
  3. Add the natural garlic flavouring and blend in the mixer.
  4. Add the bread, blend again and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, sherry vinegar and chili pepper to taste.
  5. Let stand in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
  6. Dice the remaining peppers and cucumbers as well as the spring onions.
  7. Crush the hard-boiled eggs with a fork.
  8. Arrange the garnishes in soup plates and pour the gazpacho on top.
  9. Serve cold.
