Homemade barbecue sauce with natural honey flavor

  • One onion One garlic clove
  • 20 cl of ketchup
  • 50 g worcesteshire sauce
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of natural honey flavoring

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil.

2. When they are melting, add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring from time to time.

3. Let the sauce cool down and keep it in a cool jar.

4. Enjoy!
