Homemade flavored butter

  • 1 Litre of sterilized liquid cream
  • 8 to 10 drops of the flavouring of your choice
  • 15 g salt flowers (optional) to make a salted butter

Preparation:

  1. Put the liter of liquid cream in an electric mixer and add the drops of flavoring you have chosen.
  2. Let it turn until you see the butter appear.
  3. Let turn 5 minutes more, remove the butter from the whey.
  4. Mold the butter and put it in the fridge.
