- 1 Litre of sterilized liquid cream
- 8 to 10 drops of the flavouring of your choice
- 15 g salt flowers (optional) to make a salted butter
Preparation:
- Put the liter of liquid cream in an electric mixer and add the drops of flavoring you have chosen.
- Let it turn until you see the butter appear.
- Let turn 5 minutes more, remove the butter from the whey.
- Mold the butter and put it in the fridge.
