Homemade yogurt with granola and banana flavor

For the yogurt:

  • 1 bag of lactic ferment
  • 1L of UHT milk at room temperature
  • 5 tbsp. whole milk powder
  • 3 drops of natural banana flavor

For the granola:

  • 20g honey
  • 200g dried fruit
  • 50g of slivered almonds
  • 180g of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of coffee (espresso)
  • 70g of sunflower seeds

For the yogurt:

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and the packet of lactic ferment.

Add the drops of natural banana flavor (you can flavor your yogurt with multiple other flavors).

3.distribute the mixture in 7 to 8 glass yoghurt jars previously sterilized.

Incubate in a yogurt maker for 8 to 12 hours.

For the granola :

1.Pour oats, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, almonds, espresso and honey into a large bowl and mix.

Spread mixture on a large, lightly greased baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make an even layer.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are toasted.

Serve in the yogurt with a few slices of banana.
