I discoverHummus with beet and lemon zest

- 1 beet
- Olive oil,
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 260g of chickpea
- 1 half bunch of flat parsley
- A bit of chopped corriander
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon flavouring
Preparation:
1. Cut the beet into large chunks and put them in the bowl of a blender.
2. Add the crushed garlic.
3. Add the chickpeas, the chopped coriander and a spoonful of fresh cream.
4. Add a tablespoon of lemon flavouring.
5. Blend at medium speed, adding the olive oil little by little.
Add salt and pepper.
