Irish coffee revisited with Whisky flavour

  • 50cl of coffee
  • 6 sugar cubes
  • 10cl of full cream
  • 10 drops of whisky flavouring (per glass)
  • A few leaves of mint

1- Dip the sugar cubes in the coffee and heat them up.

2- Put the cream, the bowl and the whisk in the fridge. Then whip the cream until it becomes a whipped cream, keep it cold.

3- Divide the sweetened coffee into 6 large glasses and add 10 drops of whisky flavouring to each glass and mix.

4- Put the whipped cream in a flat piping bag.

5- Put the whipped cream in each glass. 6- Sprinkle with small sprigs of mint.

7- Enjoy!
