I discoverKiwi pie with Bergamot flavor

- 4 kiwis 1 shortcrust pastry
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200g of cottage cheese
- 10 drops of Bergamot flavouring
1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2- Unroll a shortcrust pastry in a pie pan and bake for 15 minutes.
3- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the vanilla sugar sachets and 10 drops of bergamot flavouring. Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices.
4- Spread the cooled tart shell with the cottage cheese and cover with the kiwi slices.
5- Enjoy
