Leek fondue with Ceps aroma

  • 30 g butter
  • 600 g leeks
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp. natural cep flavor
  • 1 tbsp. mustard Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash and cut your leeks into small pieces

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add your leeks, cover and let cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring from time to time.

3. Add the cream and mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.

4. Pour in the tablespoon of porcini flavouring.

5. Let it cook for another ten minutes on low heat and then you can serve it!
