MOTHER'S DAY CUPCAKES WITH NATURAL ROSE FLAVOR

100 g flour

200 g mascarpone cheese

80 g semi-salted butter

2 eggs

5 cl of milk

80 g semolina sugar

100 g powdered sugar

1 half sachet of baking powder

5 tablespoons of natural rose flavor

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180°.

2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.

3. In another bowl mix the soft butter with the sugar and the eggs.

4. Then add the flour and milk and the 5 tablespoons of natural rose flavoring.

5. Pour the batter into cupcake trays.

6. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.

7. For the topping, beat the mascarpone in a bowl until smooth and creamy and add the powdered sugar and keep beating.

8. Cover the cupcakes with the icing using a piping bag and enjoy!
