Neapolitan with Raspberry and Bitter Almond flavors

20g of sugar

80g of flour

Raspberry jam

2 drops of pink food coloring

4 eggs

1cc of bitter almond flavor

5ml of Raspberry flavouring

1- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and the sifted flour.

2- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

3- Fold the egg yolks into the mixture.

4- Separate the dough in two: -2/3 of the dough to which you will add the bitter almond flavouring; - 1/3 of the dough to which you will add the colouring and the raspberry flavouring

5- Roll out the dough into 3 cookies of the same size and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.

6- Let the cookies cool and spread the raspberry jam between each layer of cookies that you will superimpose recipe made by @slight_pearl
