- 1 well-made Camembert cheese (250g)
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1/4 onion
- 1 large tablespoon of finely chopped chives
- 4 tablespoons of lager
- 1 heaping tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic flavouring
1. Remove the larger rinds from the Camembert, then mash it with the yogurt and beer. When a relatively homogeneous paste is obtained add the finely chopped chives and onion.
2. Leave to rest for at least an hour in the fridge.
3. Serve with bread or pretzels and of course a cold beer.
4. Have a good time!
