Organic Vanilla flavored caramel candies

  • 250 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 16 cl of whole milk
  • 20 g liquid honey
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon of vanilla flavouring

Preparation:

1. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, honey and organic vanilla flavouring and bring to a boil.

2. Cut the butter in pieces and add it to the mixture.

3. Bring to a boil at 118° C.

4. Pour into a square pan lined with parchment paper.

5. Let cool and cut into small squares!
