Panettone flavored blinis

150g of flour
20cl of milk
10g of yeast
2 eggs

1. Mix yeast and milk and let stand 5min.

2. Make a well with the flour, put in the middle the salt, the yeast, the egg yolks, a few drops of Panettone flavouring and gradually add the milk while mixing.

3. Let rest for 4 hours, then beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in.

4. Cook each blini in a small buttered pan.
