1l of milk
1 vanilla pod
100g of sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of Panettone flavoring

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C t6

2. Pour the milk into a saucepan.

3. Cut your vanilla bean in 2 and put the vanilla in the milk.

4. Warm the milk over low heat.

5. In a bowl, break your eggs, add 100 g of sugar.

6. Mix all the ingredients together.

7. Add the milk and 1 teaspoon of Panettone flavoring.

8. Pour the cream into your pan

9. In a large baking dish, pour water and place the pan.

10. Bake for 1 hour in a bain-marie.
