I discoverPapillote of sea bream and carrots with orange blossom aroma
4 fillets of sea bream
2 carrots
olive oil
4 tbsp. orange juice
Salt and pepper from the mill
4 chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon orange blossom flavoring
4 circles of baking paper
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).
2. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into very thin tagliatelle with a peeler.
3. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice and the natural orange blossom flavor.
4. Brush the sea bream fillets and the cooking rings with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place a fillet of sea bream on each paper circle. Add the carrot tagliatelle and orange sauce.
6. Close the papillotes tightly, leaving a space on top as they will swell slightly during cooking.
7. Place the papillotes on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
You can serve with a little rice if you like!
