Preparation:
First, prepare the syrup: in a saucepan, pour the sugar and water, and heat over low flame. Meanwhile, pour the milk and cream into a container. Once the syrup reaches a boil, let it cool slightly, then add it to the milk and cream mixture and blend everything together.
Transfer into a silicone mold and freeze overnight.
The next day, take the mixture, add the pistachios and pistachio flavoring, and blend it all together until smooth.
