- Salt and pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150g of Quinoa
- ½ White onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 2 drops of mint flavouring
- 2 drops of lemon flavouring
- 1 drop of citrus flavoring
Preparation:
- In a saucepan boil one liter of water.
- When the water comes to a boil, pour in the quinoa and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Then pour it into a colander and cool it with cold water.
- Let the quinoa drain for about 10 minutes and pour it into a bowl.
- Finely chop the red bell pepper, cucumber and white onion and add to the quinoa.
- Add 2 drops of Mint flavouring, 2 drops of Lemon flavouring and 1 drop of Citrus flavouring.
- Add olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything together.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
