Ravioli with fig aroma sauce

  • salt/ pepper
  • 1 dl cream
  • 25 g grated Gruyère
  • ½ bunch basil
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 1 packet ravioli of your choice
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. fig flavoring

Preparation:

  1. Finely grate the Gruyère
  2. Chop your bouquet of basil and mint, pour over the cream, balsamic vinegar and Fig aroma.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Before draining your ravioli, collect 1 dl of cooking water to add to the sauce.
  5. Gently mix the drained ravioli with the sauce.
  6. Add your Gruyère
