Rhubarb and cinnamon flavored clafouti

  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 60 g of flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon flavoring
  • 1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp. natural vanilla flavoring

Preparation:

1. Peel and cut the rhubarb into pieces.

2. Blanch the rhubarb in boiling water for 2 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 200°.

4. Butter the pan and sugar it.

5. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl

6. Pour into the pan and add the rhubarb.

7. Bake for 40 minutes
