I discoverRhubarb and Pistachio Cake

84g of butter
1 pinch of salt
125g sugar
166g of flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
416g of rhubarb
3 eggs
1/2 packet of baking powder
1 ck of pistachio flavouring
1- Cut the rhubarb in small pieces.
2- Cream the butter and add the sugar, eggs, salt, pistachio flavouring, beat then add the rhubarb.
3- Add the baking powder, flour and eggs and mix.
4- Fill your greased cake tin.
5- 1h at 180°.
