- 3 eggs
- 80g of flour
- 50g of butter
- 200g of dark chocolate
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 5 drops of cinnamon flavouring
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla flavouring
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whiten the sugar and the yolk (mix firmly with a spatula, so that the mixture turns from orange to light yellow).
- Add the flour, vanilla and cinnamon flavouring to the mixture and mix again firmly.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, mixing gently so that everything is aerated.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet of baking paper, previously placed on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Take the sponge cake out of the oven and lay it on a wet cloth.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie and pour it evenly over the dough.
- Roll the cake gently in the direction of the width.
- Pour more chocolate on the log and decorate it as you wish.
