Salmon in butter sauce with lemon zest

  • 50g of butter
  • 1 salmon steak
  • 5 cl of fresh cream
  • 1,5 tsp. coffee of Lemon Zest flavouring

Preparation:

1. Heat the pan over low heat, add 25g of butter, the lemon zest flavouring and the cream.

2. In a frying pan, melt 25g of butter.

3. Place your salmon steak, brown it and then baste it regularly and generously.

4. Add salt and pepper.
