I discoverSauteed chicken with ginger and vanilla flavors

- 1 onion
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3cm of fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of coconut
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 10 to 20 drops of ginger flavoring
- 20 drops of organic vanilla flavouring
Preparation:
- Peel the onion and garlic. Mince them.
- Peel and cut ginger into sticks. Chop the coriander completely.
- Heat the oils preferably in a wok or sauté pan.
- Sauté the onion andgarlic for 5 minutes, without browning, then add the chicken and ginger. Sear for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Let cook a few minutes then add the soy sauce, the natural flavors of organic vanilla and ginger and the fresh coriander.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Check the cooking.
