Scallops with natural curry flavor

12 scallops

1 shallot

5 cl of white wine

1 knob of butter

1 tablespoon of oil

15 cl of liquid cream

2 tablespoons of curry flavouring

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Start by peeling and chopping the shallots.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter and pour in shallots to sweat.

3. Add the white wine and let it reduce. Then add the cream and the 2 tablespoons of curry flavouring and heat.

4. Put a little salt and pepper on your scallops. Cook them separately with oil for about 1 minute on each side.

5. Arrange the scallops on a plate and cover them with the sauce prepared beforehand.
6. Serve with the asparagus or a carrot purée for example.
