Soft lemon cake with poppy seed flavouring

125 g butter

125 g sugar

125 g flour

2 eggs

2 lemons

1 packet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of poppy flavouring

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, whip the soft butter with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture.

2. Add the eggs and mix.

3. Take the lemons and grate the zest.

4. Take the juice of the two lemons, add to the preparation and mix.

5. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the mixture, mixing lightly.

6. Pour your tablespoon of poppy flavouring and mix again.

7. Butter and sugar two small 16 cm springform pans or one 18 to 22 cm pan and spread the batter in them

8. Bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.

9. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the mould.
