I discoverSorbet with natural flavors of Poppy and Rose
500 ml of milk
6 egg yolks
130 g powdered sugar
200 ml fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon of poppy flavoring
1/2 teaspoon rose flavor
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk.
2. Add the 2 tablespoons of poppy and rose flavoring.
3. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks in omelette with the powdered sugar.
4. Start pouring the hot flavored milk little by little while continuing to beat.
5. Set the custard aside and gently thicken it over low heat.
6. When the custard starts to coat the spoon well, remove it from the heat.
7. Allow to cool and then add the crème fraîche
8. Then place the preparation in the freezer
9. 30 minutes later, take the ice cream out of the freezer and scrape it with a fork
(this will prevent crystals from forming)
10. Repeat this operation 3 times for a delicious ice cream without the need for an ice cream maker
