- Fresh cream
- 12 bunches of radishes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion water or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. chestnut flavouring
Preparation:
1. Separate the radishes and leaves.
2. Keep only the leaves in good condition.
3. Clean them by plunging them into cool water and drain.
4. Peel an onion, slice it and melt it in a mixture of butter and oil.
5. Add radish leaves and potato pieces.
6. Add water or chicken broth and chestnut flavouring.
7. Add salt and pepper.
8. Cook until potatoes are soft.
9. Finish by blending the mixture in a blender and add a little fresh cream at the last moment.
